Is Hand Washing Enough?

Recent studies have shown that washing hands with soap and water may not be as effective as it was once thought to be. The pace of today's society is so fast that hand washing is often neglected. Not drying your hands completely after washing as well as rubbing hands together under an electric hand dryer are two major causes of germ spreading. In this fast-paced society, is hand washing simply not enough to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria?
